Christian Ratjen – Owner
Christian began distributing innovative baby products in Switzerland in 2015. Since then, the enthusiastic entrepreneur has built up a completely new line of business within his Lichtgestalt GmbH, a specialist company for lighting and lighting solutions, which today is known as LUNA Swiss. Christian is the strategic mastermind behind LUNA Swiss and has a good instinct for smart innovations in the baby, children's and lifestyle segment that excite our Swiss customers.
Marco Müller – Business Manager
In summer 2023, we warmly welcomed Marco as the newest member of our enthusiastic LUNA Swiss family. In his multidisciplinary role, he is responsible for the operational management of LUNA Swiss and passionately looks after our key accounts. Marco benefits from his diverse professional experience and entrepreneurial mindset to enthusiastically position our innovative products in the best possible way and ensures the success of our exclusive brands.
Lydia Maria Sarlay – Supplier Management & Strategy
Since 2019, Lydia has been part of the LUNA team and has been instrumental in the growth and success of LUNA. After many years of overall operational management of LUNA Swiss, she now focuses on supporting our brand partners as well as strategic projects. She is always on the lookout for exciting new brands and products that make parents' lives easier. She brings her many years of experience as a marketing manager in a technology company to the table, as well as her enthusiasm for the colorful world of our little ones.
Raoul Di Palma – eCommerce & Customer Care Manager
Raoul verstärkt das Team Luna seit Herbst 2023 in den Bereichen eCommerce und digital Marketing und kümmert sich hierbei um unsere Onlineshops, Social Media und Customer Care. Zusätzlich stellt er mit seinem organisatorischen Flair sicher, dass unsere Logistik effizient aufgestellt ist. Mit der Ausbildung in der Handelsbranche und Erfahrung aus der Tätigkeit bei verschiedenen Versicherungsbrokern bringt er eine vielseitige Perspektive ein. Seine Leidenschaft für direkten Kundenkontakt und für kreative Marketingstrategien tragen dazu bei unseren hohen Standard der Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten und unsere innovativen Produkte optimal auf allen Kanäle zu präsentieren.
Esmeralda Timo – Customer Service & Office Assistant
Esmeralda is the good soul and organisational talent of our small team. Whether it is orders, logistics, warranty services or product information, Esmeralda is available for almost every request. Before joining the LUNA team in 2019, Esmeralda worked for various Swiss banks and a toy distributor. The mother of a daughter also knows from her own experience what is important when it comes to children's and baby products.
Beatrice Reber – Accounting Department
Our genius for numbers and keeping order. With her many years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, Beatrice supports us and takes care of all bookings as well as invoicing and dunning, thus ensuring smooth business operations in the background. When the mother of two meanwhile groen up daughters is not busy with our numbers and receipts, she likes to spend time with her fuzzy dog "Chili".
